The German Cultural Association Inc. (GCA) was founded in 2023 by the German Canadian Congress and the German Society of Winnipeg for the purpose of jointly organizing and operating the German Folklorama Pavillion in Winnipeg.

The GCA has a board that consists of 3 members from each organization with one additional independent member.
