Annual General Meeting 2026

Dear Members of the German Canadian Congress (GCC)

You are invited to join us for this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, April 26, 2026. The AGM will be held as an in-person / online meeting at the GCC office at 81 Garry Street (Unit 58) and on Zoom. The meeting will start at 2 pm.

If you’d like to attend online, you need to let us know via email (to info@gccmb.ca) by April 15.

Only those who notified us will receive the Zoom link.

2:00 pm  Special Meeting – changes to the constitution – discussion and vote

2:30 pm  AGM:

• Reading of the 2025 AGM minutes
• Reports from the president and board members;
• Budget for 2026;
• Elections

If you can think of a nominee, please fill out the Nomination Form on our website. Mail or e-mail (info@gccmb.ca) the form to the GCC office by April 11th.

Please keep in mind that membership fees must be up to date prior to attending the AGM so you are able to vote. You can pay your membership on our website, by sending a cheque or by paying in cash prior to the AGM.
