Dear Members of the German Canadian Congress:
You are invited to join us for this year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, April 23, 2023.
The AGM is an in-person-meeting at the GCC office at 81 Garry Street (Unit 58).
We will start the meeting at 2PM. Here is an excerpt of the agenda:
- Reports from the president and board members;
- Budget for 2024;
- Elections
If you can think of a nominee, please fill out the attached
Nomination Form. Mail or e-mail the form to the GCC office by April 10. Thank you.
Membership fees must be up to date prior to attending the AGM.
